Dangerous pirates fuel the craze for costumes

The western world has gone wild for pirate costumes. The life of these off-land thieves has been fantasized about for a long time and no doubt, the adventure and danger that is involved in the life of these raiders has intrigued many people, young and old. We all know about the world wide famous, witty, and hilarious and everyone’s favourite pirate of all time; Captain Jack Sparrow of the movies series “Pirates of the Caribbean”, played by the handsome and one of the times most amazing actors, Johnny Depp. Maybe he’s the reason the pirate look is such a wanted trend nowadays!

The pirate costumes are mostly the same. The costume is mostly recognized with a pair of leather boots, a shirt underneath and a leather jacket on top, an eye patch, a garter belt with a sword, some dark make up and of course a pirate is no pirate without his pirate hat that sometimes has a feather held in it or a bandana of your favourite colour, wrapped around the head. Because the pirate costume is so simple it is also very easy to build by yourself! You can build your own pirate costume with the help of an adult who can supervise you through the simple steps of the costume making. Or, if you do not have the material to make your own pirate costume, you can always buy it at a costume store near your house, at a very reasonable price and of a very good quality, at the same time!

Once you have your pirate costume at hand and all your pirate equipment is ready along with an excellent pirate vocabulary which will mostly consist of “Aye, Captain!” and “Arg!”, you can wow your friends at any occasion, whether it is at a costume party or at a scary night of Trick or Treating with your amazing costume.
